CHILDRENS COORDINATOR
SUMMERVILLE CAMPUS
This is a part-time 8-10 hour per week position reporting to the Children's Director. Immediate need is in Kidcoast's 2-year old room.
Primary responsibilities are: (1) partner with the Children’s Director to develop an effective Children’s program that honors Christ and is consistent with the Seacoast IPOD; (2) recruit, train, schedule and supervise volunteers; (3) effectively manage resources within budget; (4) delight parents by providing a safe and educational environment for their children; and (5) encourage teamwork, spiritual leadership and mutual respect & support.
Skill/Ability/Knowledge Requirements are: (1) good interpersonal skills; (2) calling to help children grow in their relationship with Christ; and (3) demonstrated spiritual gifts to serve others within a team environment.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
GREENVILLE CAMPUS
This is a part-time 30 hours per week position reporting to the Campus Pastor.
Primary responsibilities are:(1) manage multiple projects and support campus ministries in a timely and effective manner using available resources; (2) develop and complete appropriate communications, reporting, scheduling and files; (3) organize and maintain an efficient and effective workplace; (4) support the Campus Pastor and Campus Team in achieving their goals and mission of the church; and (5) partner with the Administrative Assistant Champion to implement best practices.
Skill/Abilities/Knowledge Requirements are: (1) good interpersonal and leadership skills; (2) bookstore and supervisory experience; (3) biblical knowledge and study skills; (4) ability to learn and progress in knowledge of web based tools; and (5) demonstrated spiritual gifts to serve others in a team environment.
